Documents plan of care, assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in an electronic medical record thoroughly, accurately, and according to CMC Professional Nursing Practice Standards and ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
Adheres to all safety, organizational and ethical standards according to ANA Code of Ethics.
