• You are a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with the ability to provide exceptional patient care in both routine and complex situations.

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process.

• This includes assessing patients' physical and psychosocial status, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

• You will anticipate and manage complications, perform necessary technical skills safely, and provide patient education.

• You'll document care thoroughly in the electronic medical records and act as an advocate for patients and families.

• As a resource for your peers, you will help with training and guidance while contributing to the performance improvement process.

• In addition, you will ensure a therapeutic and supportive environment for both patients and their families.

What you'll bring:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required (BSN preferred); specialty certifications strongly preferred.

• Licensure/Certification: Current RN registration in New Hampshire and unit-required certifications per hospital policy.

• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using electronic health records and experience with technical medical procedures.

• Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting, preferably in acute or specialty care.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 lbs occasionally and wear required protective equipment.

• Work Schedule: Flexible work hours including 8-12 hour shifts, weekend coverage, and potential call shifts to meet unit needs.
