What you'll do:
- In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of needs, from basic to complex.
- You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- You'll monitor patient outcomes, manage complications, and maintain thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
- You will also serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues, contribute to performance improvement, and act as an advocate for patients and their families.
- Additionally, you will educate patients and families, helping them understand treatment plans and care strategies.
What you'll bring:
- Schedule: Nights 7pm-7am
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN strongly preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in acute or specialty care is beneficial.
- Skills: Critical thinking, clinical expertise, proficiency in electronic medical records, and strong communication skills.
- Certifications: Relevant specialty certifications preferred (per unit requirements).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, and wear necessary protective equipment.
