• You are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a commitment to creating a therapeutic environment for patients and families.
• You excel in managing a range of patient needs, from basic to complex, and bring proficiency in critical thinking, patient-centered care, and teamwork.
What You'll Do:
• Deliver high-quality care in the Observation/Short Stay Unit by assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain thorough documentation in electronic health records, communicate effectively with the care team, and ensure patient safety.
• Act as a mentor and resource, supporting colleagues in clinical practice, patient education, and professional development.
• Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and the practice environment.
What You'll Bring:
• Flexible to work an FT Days schedule: 7am-7pm (36 hrs.)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure in New Hampshire and specialty certification as required by the unit.
• Strong clinical skills, proficiency in electronic documentation, and the physical capability to perform essential job duties safely.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, including weekends as needed.
• A commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care.
