What You'll Do: As a CVOR Advanced Practice Provider (APP) with us, you will:

  • Perform Clinical Duties: Serve as a surgical first assist and perform vein harvesting in the Operating Room.
  • Patient Care Management: Conduct patient assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate medical records, write orders, and adhere to billing and coding guidelines.
  • Leadership and Education: Participate in clinical emergencies, contribute to protocol development, and engage in ongoing educational activities.


What You'll Bring:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with First Assistant certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, with experience in CVOR procedures and demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current New Hampshire state licensure as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner, national certification, BLS, ACLS required. CSU-ALS certification within one year of hire.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to deliver patient care effectively, adapt to changing environments, and communicate and collaborate effectively within a team.

Work Schedule: Generally four days per week, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
