With a background in critical care, cardiac, or cardiac rehabilitation nursing, you have the expertise and empathy to support patients and their families through their cardiovascular health journey.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document cardiovascular histories.
- Develop individualized care plans, coordinate discharge planning, and create educational programs for patients and families.
- Execute tailored interventions, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure patient safety and dignity.
- Review and update care plans, set and modify patient goals, and assess teaching plan effectiveness.
- Demonstrate advanced clinical judgment, support peers, and participate in continuous learning and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean environment, manage equipment, and adhere to hospital safety standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum of 1-2 years in critical care, cardiac, or cardiac rehabilitation nursing.
- Current RN registration in NH
- BLS certification (required)
- ACLS certification (required or obtained within 1 year of hire).
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning, effective communication, ability to handle physical demands, and commitment to professional development.
