RN - Intensive Care Unit

Who You Are:

  • You are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in high-pressure environments, you are skilled in delivering patient-centered care and thrive in critical situations.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, and you are dedicated to mentoring and supporting the development of your colleagues.
  • You value collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • You hold current licensure in the State of New Hampshire, and you are certified in both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).


What You'll Do:

  • Provide expert, compassionate care in urgent and high-stakes scenarios, utilizing your critical thinking skills and clinical judgment to make fast, effective decisions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement culturally competent, patient-centered care plans.
  • Act as a resource for other nurses, guiding and mentoring them through complex patient situations.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing practice standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and preventive care, while supporting a calm and therapeutic environment.
  • Lead by example, fostering a professional and collaborative work environment and serving as a role model for lifelong learning and clinical excellence.


What You'll Bring:

  • Schedule: Nights - 7pm - 7am - 30 hours
  • A nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience, with strong clinical and decision-making skills.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
  • A commitment to professional development and mentoring, with strong communication and leadership skills.
  • An understanding of and commitment to patient-centered care, guided by Jean Watson's Theory of Caring and the CMC Professional Practice Model.
