What you'll do:

  • In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a range of needs, from basic to complex.
  • You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • You'll monitor patient outcomes, manage complications, and maintain thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
  • You will also serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues, contribute to performance improvement, and act as an advocate for patients and their families.
  • Additionally, you will educate patients and families, helping them understand treatment plans and care strategies.


What you'll bring:

• Licensure: Active RN license in New Hampshire.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN strongly preferred).

• Experience: Prior experience in acute or specialty care is beneficial.

• Skills: Critical thinking, clinical expertise, proficiency in electronic medical records, and strong communication skills.

• Certifications: Relevant specialty certifications preferred (per unit requirements).

• Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, and wear necessary protective equipment.
