Who you are:

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Catholic Medical Center, you are dedicated and skilled at contributing to diagnostic testing procedures and research activities in radiopharmacy, imaging protocols, and software development. You are a motivated professional with a commitment to maintaining clinical competency and staying updated on industry advancements.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct diversified clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
  • Perform research in Radiopharmacy and related imaging protocols, software development and under the direction of the Medical Director and Nuclear Medicine Supervisor in accordance with manufacturer's and Food and Drug Administration guidelines and mandates.
  • Operate all Gamma Scintillation Detection equipment. Perform quality control evaluations on all equipment and new radiopharmaceutical test kits used for routine and research work.
  • Perform equipment calibration and high voltage adjustment and computer process analysis including programming. Perform recommended warm-up and quality checks on imaging equipment.
  • Provide technical training, administrative support, maintain accurate inventory of radioactive and nonradioactive drugs, as well as dispose of radioactive waste in accordance with state and federal regulations.


Work Schedule: 32 hours/week

  • Generally, Monday through Friday, day shift.
  • Participation in on call duty rotation required to maintain 24 hour coverage in Nuclear Medicine (7) days per week.


What you bring:

  • Associated Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or an accredited certification program required.
    • Must have at minimum 5 years' experience with this degree.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have at minimum 3 years' experience with this degree.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • CNMT, ARRT-N and/or CAMRT (Must renew certification and/or registration annually with 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually.
  • Licensed in the State of New Hampshire with the Board of Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy.
  • IV Certified or must complete IV certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to plan and perform a wide variety of duties requiring an extensive knowledge of a particular field, and the use of a wide range of procedures. Involves the exercise of judgment in the analysis of facts and conditions regarding individual problems or transactions to determine what actions should be taken, within the limits of standard practice.
