Practice Manager - Vein & Vascular Specialists

Who you are:

As the Practice Manager of Catholic Medical Center's (CMC) Vein & Vascular Specialists, you will oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations. You will manage staff, coordinate patient care activities, oversee financial operations, and maintain regulatory compliance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients of Vein & Vascular Specialists. You will be responsible for the overall effective management of the practice to include registration, scheduling, and HIM. You will interact with all levels of management including physicians, administration, and clinical staff regarding all aspects of practice operations.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years' medical office experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' management experience
  • Familiarity with computerized electronic medical record and scheduling system
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and organizational skills
