Radiology Technologist (ARRT) (Part-Time Days) - Diagnostic

Who You Are:

Catholic Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures for assigned patients. You will ensure adherence to radiation safety standards while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform radiographic exams following radiologist-prescribed protocols, ensuring proper technique and positioning.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media (oral, IV, rectal) as needed.
  • Provide radiation protection for patients, staff, and self-according to safety standards.
  • Recognize emergencies, initiate code procedures, and provide first aid/CPR.
  • Record patient history, exam details, and other relevant information such as technique and room number.
  • Perform or assist with fluoroscopic and operative radiographic procedures under physician guidance.
  • Position patients appropriately to obtain desired views, applying immobilization devices as necessary.
  • Verify requisitions and physician orders before performing exams, confirming patient identity through verbal confirmation or ID bands.
  • Identify and communicate problems to the supervisor and offer solutions when appropriate.


What You'll Bring:

  • Completion of formal Radiologic Technologist training in an AMA approved school.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist. Must renew certification and /or registration annually with 24 hours of continuing education bi-annually.
  • 3 years preferred experience as a radiologic technologist.
  • Current licensure in the State of NH as a Registered Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Must be able to work weekends, all three shifts and holidays.
  • During an orientation period the Technologist will be expected to work a minimum of one eight hour shift opposite what they are hired for.
  • Ability to arrive within (60 minute) time frame when on call.
