What you'll do:
Three 12-hour shifts - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

What you'll do:
Three 12-hour shifts - 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status, intervening preemptively to manage potential crises. And provide patient-centered care with sensitivity to cultural and developmental needs.
- Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning and holistic patient care. And facilitate patient education and support the transition of care through the continuum.
- Documents plan of care, assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in an electronic medical record thoroughly, accurately, and according to CMC Professional Nursing Practice Standards and ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
- Adheres to all safety, organizational and ethical standards according to ANA Code of Ethics.
What you'll bring:
- Ability to perform job alone following standard practices and any of several procedures as defined by the American Nurses Association's Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and the NH State Board of Nursing, but refer questionable cases when they arise out of standard practice.
- Graduate of a school of nursing required, accredited school preferred.

- BSN strongly preferred.
- Experience with heart failure patients requiring cardiac drips, and cardiac monitoring strongly preferred.
- Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
- American Heart Association BLS (basic life support) certification required.
- ACLS required or obtained within 1 year.
