What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiology department, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.
- Lead clinical teams, promote job satisfaction, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
- Manage staff development, performance evaluations, and training programs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, budget preparation, and continuous readiness for accreditation standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in Cardiology, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Current NH Registered Nurse licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- AMB-BC™ Certification and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
