What You'll Do:
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, days.
- Travel to satellite offices as required.

What You'll Do:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations, including checking patients in and out.
- Answer incoming calls promptly, prioritizing and directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with administrative assistants to facilitate communication between referring physicians and cardiologists.
- Manage non-clinical patient services such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining patient charts.
- Accurately record messages and ensure timely delivery to staff.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information, scanning necessary documents into the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Sort and distribute incoming faxes and mail to appropriate staff members.
- Address billing inquiries and work with clinical support staff to resolve issues.
- Interact with patients to address complaints and ensure effective resolutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- What You'll Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting performing similar clerical duties.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- General computer knowledge and proficiency in using EMR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and transport yourself to off-site locations as needed.
