What You'll Do:
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of LNA practice, assisting with daily living activities and reporting changes in patient conditions.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring accurate order entry for laboratory and radiology.
- Support the admission and discharge process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.

What You'll Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months of experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.
- Current registration as an LNA in New Hampshire and BLS certification (must obtain within 21 days of hire).
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering patient-centered care with respect and compassion.
